Outsource Scheduling Services - Per Project Basis
This section is for General Contractors who engage us for scheduling work per Project. Many clients use this per project service along with some level of Monthly Subscription below depending on the ebb and flow of projects.
Per Project A
$500.00/MO
Projects up to $500,000
- Initial one time setup fee $650.00
- Initial Review of Construction Documents
- Kickoff Meeting with Estimator, Super and PM to review needs, desired outcomes, schedule setup formatting, etc.
- Meeting with Estimator, Super and PM to finalize original baseline schedule
- Bi-Weekly virtual update sessions with Super and PM TEAM
Per Project B
$750.00/MO
Projects $500,000 to $2,000,000
- Initial one time setup fee $850.00
- Initial Review of Construction Documents
- Kickoff Meeting with Estimator, Super and PM to review needs, desired outcomes, schedule setup formatting, etc.
- 2 Virtual meetings with project TEAM to review draft schedule during setup
- Meeting with Estimator, Super and PM to finalize original baseline schedule
- Bi-Weekly virtual update sessions with Super and PM TEAM
Per Project C
$1,500/MO
Projects $2,000,000 to $5,000,000
- Initial one time setup fee $2,500.00
- Initial Review of Construction Documents
- Kickoff Meeting with Estimator, Super and PM to review needs, desired outcomes, schedule setup formatting, etc.
- 3 Virtual meetings with project TEAM to review draft schedule during setup
- Meeting with Estimator, Super and PM to finalize original baseline schedule
- Bi-Weekly virtual update sessions with Super and PM TEAM
